Patriot Development is an extension of Adelman’s Truck Parts and Sales Corporation
Founded in 1921 by Henry Adelman to sell used truck parts, Adelman’s is now in its fourth generation, serving the global trucking industry with equipment and related parts.
Early in our journey, Henry purchased the property where Adelman’s still operates today. Over the decades, we’ve continued to expand by excavating previously unusable land, erecting new buildings and acquiring parcels for future growth.
Continuing the Legacy
We founded Patriot Development to build on our experience, creating a portfolio focused on buying, selling, leasing and developing land for commercial and industrial use. We have partnered with large corporations, small businesses and community organizations to assemble a diverse collection of real estate investment assets.
Our family is proud to expand on Adelman’s success and excited to see where the next 100 years take us.
